Great food. I ordered their "Pollo a la Brasa" which is what they are known for. Father owns the restaurant and came up and introduced himself to me and explained how they make their yucca, which reminded me of back home in Miami. Their daughter was my waitress, and she was so incredibly nice and accommodating I would go back just for her. Lastly, the mother is the one who cooks all the food and I appreciate a family owned business with both great quality and incredible hospitality. I've been living here for almost 3 years and wish I came by sooner. I work close by and will be bringing my coworkers next time we go out for lunch!

Tried this restaurant on a whim with my husband for my birthday and our anniversary. Very clean, nice waiter. The silverware was spotless. I’ve never had Peruvian cuisine before. But we also had brunch. Staff was very friendly. No left overs for us. We even ordered dinner!!!! This is a great place with great food!!! Must Eat!!!!

A true gem of Culpeper. The food is very unique among local restaurants. The chicken and beef were both excellent. The serving sizes were very good and the prices are hard to beat. Their sweet tea was also surprisingly good. The server was very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend going here. If you get the rotisserie style chicken one half was too much for me to eat. Will make a wonderful leftover.

This place is wonderful! The Peruvian food was better than anticipated, especially since we don’t regularly eat Peruvian style food. Our server, Luis, was super polite. He even explained the name of 4c’s, including his own take on the name! We look forward to returning to this immaculate, family owned restaurant & encourage everyone else to do the same!

Everyone really enjoyed their food. We all agreed that the service is a bit slow. So don’t come here if you have immediate plans after, give yourself a good chunk of time. If you’re not in a rush and looking for a good place to eat try 4 C’s! I’m not really a sweet bfast person and I’m allergic to eggs. So I’m really happy they were serving lunch at this time too! I got the Papa Rellena it was so good! However, on the menu it didn’t mention having a hard boiled egg inside. It’s not a big deal I pulled it out and ate the rest. Beautifully crispy fried outside with the mashed potato and steak inside, served with the salsa and pickled onions was amazing!!! I also ordered a side of rice which was cooked very nicely and seasoned well.

Great food and friendly staff. Must try the house hot sauce.

This is a lovely place with a large variety of interesting options, including a coffee bar and ice cream. They had various things I’ve never tried plus plenty of familiar options for the less daring. I had a delicious panini with a side of yucca, which was a lot like potatoes. The staff were friendly and did a great job and our waiter could speak English fluently. We would definitely recommend this place:)
